Manufacturing Standards & FAQ
As we work with handcrafted textiles and natural fibers, we adhere to a standard industry tolerance of 1-2cm. This is the professional margin for precision tailoring.
Natural fibers (like 100% cotton) have a natural shrinkage of 3-5%. This is a standard characteristic of premium textiles.
We encourage immediate inspection upon arrival to maintain production flow. Our 14-day window is designed to give you ample time for a thorough audit. For issues found beyond this, we offer technical consulting for future batches to ensure continuous improvement.
While global logistics can vary, our manufacturing lead times are fixed. If a delay occurs within our control, we notify you 72 hours in advance and provide an updated logistics strategy to minimize the impact on your launch.
