01. Standard Payment Terms
Phase 1: 40% Deposit (Production Launch)
Trigger: Signed Proforma Invoice (PI) & Tech-Pack approval.
Purpose: This deposit secures your dedicated production slot and triggers the procurement of custom raw materials, fabric weaving, and specialized trims. Since these materials are tailored to your specs, the deposit ensures resources are locked in immediately.
Phase 2: 60% Balance (Pre-Shipment)
Trigger: Completion of our 15-point internal QC audit. We provide high-definition photos or videos of the bulk production for your final approval.
Purpose: Finalizing export packaging and initiating global logistics. Once the balance is cleared, your goods are released for immediate dispatch.

03. Currency & Exchange Rates
Primary Currency: All orders are quoted and invoiced primarily in USD.
Exchange Rates: If you prefer to pay in other major currencies, we will apply the live mid-market exchange rate at the time of invoicing to ensure fairness and transparency.
04. Resolution Policy
Quality Guarantee: As stated in our 14-Day Quality Shield, if the bulk production deviates significantly from the approved “Golden Sample,” we prioritize a remake or a credit toward your next run.
Transaction Safety: We do not store your sensitive financial data. All digital transactions are processed via PCI-compliant, encrypted gateways.
Payment FAQ
Unlike generic stock, your garments are bespoke. The 40% deposit allows us to lock in material prices and begin custom manufacturing. Since these items are tailored to your specs and cannot be repurposed, the deposit serves as a production guarantee.
T/T transfers usually take 2-4 business days, while platforms like PayPal or Alipay are near-instant. Once funds hit our account, you will receive an automatic Payment Confirmation Receipt and a production status update.
Deposits are partially refundable (minus material costs already incurred) if cancellation occurs before the fabric is cut. Once the cutting process begins, the deposit is non-refundable as the materials have been committed to your specific design.
